Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, commitment, or automatic availability of any talent, identity, or service.
3. Use of the Site

4. Intellectual Property and Identity Systems

In addition, all AI actors, virtual influencers, and programmable identities presented on the Site are proprietary digital talent systems. These include, without limitation: character design and visual identity; personality frameworks and behavioral logic; narrative positioning and role structure; likeness, appearance, and associated assets. These elements are protected as intellectual property and may not be used without authorization.
5. No Implied License
The Site does not grant any right to use any content, identity, likeness, or asset. All use of PERSØ talent — including AI actors, virtual influencers, and programmable identities — requires a separate written agreement. This applies to all forms of use, including: production; advertising and brand campaigns; social media and platform content; internal concepting or testing; dataset creation or AI training.
6. Programmable Identity Model
At PERSØ, programmable identities are defined as AI-native digital talents designed for consistency, scalability, and long-term use. The Site reflects a representation and licensing model: identities are pre-developed and curated; clients select from an existing roster; usage is granted through licensing; deployment occurs across production, brand, or platform contexts. PERSØ does not operate as an open tool or a general-purpose character generation service.
7. Licensing and Collaboration
Use of any PERSØ identity is subject to individual agreement. Clients may: license a selected identity for defined use; produce content independently within agreed terms; collaborate with PERSØ on development and production. All rights, including scope, duration, territory, exclusivity, approvals, and deliverables, are defined contractually.
8. Production and Affiliated Work
Where production support is required, PERSØ may work in connection with its production arm, NØRM+VOYD. NØRM+VOYD operates as a structured production system covering development, production, and delivery. Any production engagement is governed solely by separate agreements and is not implied by use of the Site.
9. Prohibited Use of Content and Identities
Without prior written permission, you may not: copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content; create derivative or similar identities based on PERSØ assets; use any content to train or develop AI systems; scrape, extract, or compile data from the Site; simulate, imitate, or replicate PERSØ identities; use identities for misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes.
10. Submissions and Inquiries
If you contact PERSØ, you are responsible for the information you provide. Do not submit confidential or sensitive materials unless a formal agreement is in place. Submitting an inquiry does not create: a client relationship; an agency relationship; any obligation on the part of PERSØ.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to external or affiliated sites, including NØRM+VOYD. PERSØ is not responsible for third-party content or policies.
12. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and reflects a current but evolving model. PERSØ makes no guarantee regarding: availability of any identity; accuracy or completeness of content; uninterrupted access to the Site.
13. Limitation of Liability
